Using the private test
These terms apply when you use the Zenyhome website, private browser extension and generated reports. The current service is an early private test. We do not take payments in this test; any displayed prices are indicative. Features and availability may change as we respond to feedback.
Use only an account authorised for the test. Keep access links and exported reports secure. Do not bypass access controls, automate bulk requests or use the service to access another person's private information.
Your information and uploads
Original floor plans uploaded through Read my home are stored privately with your report so you can revisit the drawing. You can delete the report and its retained original plan. Our Privacy Policy explains retention.
Only submit information and floor plans you are entitled to use. Check the property pin, facing direction, dates and detected rooms before confirming them. You can correct the proposed answers in the journey. Avoid uploading documents containing unrelated personal or sensitive information.
You retain your rights in your uploads. You allow us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process them as needed to provide the service you request.
Understanding your report
Zenyhome combines traditional Feng Shui interpretations, calculations, AI-assisted floor-plan reading and available map evidence. Ratings and recommendations are interpretive and provisional. They do not guarantee health, wealth, relationships or any other outcome.
Plans, map data and AI interpretations can be incomplete or wrong. A mapped river is not proof of a river view, flood risk or safety; a detected sightline may depend on doors, furniture and features absent from the drawing. Reports are not surveys, valuations, medical advice, financial advice or building advice. Check practical conditions and seek an appropriately qualified professional for consequential decisions or alterations.
Google Maps and other sources
Google Maps features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Terms referenced there. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
River and terrain checks use separately licensed sources, including Ordnance Survey Open Rivers, OpenStreetMap and OpenTopoData where available. We do not trace Google imagery to create riverbank data. Source credits and limitations are shown with the assessment. River centrelines are estimates of the course of a river, not its banks.
Availability, changes and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful test service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free reports. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate misuse or maintain it. We may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version and we will highlight material changes within the service where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory consumer rights. Contact us if something goes wrong so we can investigate.
